When the Northside meets the Southside. Surely we all know who's the best?

Northside is a juicy DIPA, that's heavy on Wheat and Oats as well as malted Barley, with the hops loaded towards the whirlpool. It's generously dry hopped with Galaxy, bringing a host of juicy flavours such as tangerine, pineapple and citrus.

In order to celebrate the coming together of Dublin's Northside and Southside, we have brewed two DIPAs! We have featured the same hoppy combo in both beers, but used two different brewing techniques. Northside is an East Coast (New England) DIPA, and Southside is a West Coast (American) DIPA. Each beer allows the hops to shine through Together in different ways! This project is a romance that encompasses it all - North, South, East and West. We're serving you the whole world in a can!
