Super juicy, our 2022 Summer Seasonal is heavily dry hopped with El Dorado,
Citra, Azacca and Idaho 7 hops from the U.S. Pacific North-West, which gives
the beer it’s intense aroma of citrus and tropical fruit.
The hops are complemented by a mild malty backbone provided by pale malt
from Ireland’s Sout coast.
The bitterness is low to allow the hop flavours to shine while the finish is of a
lingering bitter orange zest. At 5.5% it feels like a much bigger beer but it’s
making it refreshing and sessionable.
