Custom Shop is a New England IPA elevated by four hop varieties all hailing from the lands down under. The nose delivers a vibrant fruit-frenzy that’s bold and tropical –think pineapple, gooseberry and passionfruit. The taste develops from zesty citrus to Summer berries with a hint of pine. Finally, the additions of oats and wheat to the malt bill make for a smooth ride to a warm, full-bodied finish.
