A modern classic, Simcoe was first released way back in 2000, and has become a staple in craft beers around the world. We remember being blown away listening to John Kimmich, founder of the Alchemist, VT, USA talk passionately about it and its inclusion in their industry-changing Heady Topper.
It was an obvious choice for the next in the series of our Dreaming Of...DDH range, and we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.
