A fractal is something simple at the core yet can produce wonderful and amazingly complex results. We use the fractal series to investigate how different hops manifest through our processes, allowing us to optimize both our use of hops and our hopping techniques. Starting off with a simple grain bill, our newest Fractal investigates the interplay between one of the newest hop varietals, HBC586 and our hand selected Citra.
Fractal HBC 586/ Citra pours a vibrant yellow releasing complex aromas and flavors of mango, green grapes, dank grass, passionfruit, and earth. The taste follows the aroma with a resinous creamy mouthfeel and a firm but rounded bitterness.

Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older. We offer delivery across the island of Ireland, which covers both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We are proud to offer a shipping service that includes both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We are also delighted to be able to provide next-day delivery for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays).
Please note orders placed after 3pm on Thursday up until 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Deliveries will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been booked with our delivery partners. If you do not receive this email within 12 hours of your order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your spam folder and contact us if you haven’t received it at contact@craftcentral.ie. You will receive a message from our delivery partners the day of the delivery with a scheduled delivery slot (usually a 1 hour window). You can manage this with them directly if the allocated time does not suit you.
Please be aware that from time to time delays can take place for a variety of reasons and we appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.
