Garnet is a very special brew where we introduced an Imperial Brown Ale into freshly emptied Cognac Barrels and a true connection was forged! 6 months later a deep Garnet beer emerged from the barrel with deep rich flavours of Cognac, Coffee, Dark Fruits and Cherry. A warming beer with a lingering finish. Balanced yet complex. Share this beer with those you draw dear, Slainte.
