Little Olcan is the result of barrel-ageing our session IPA, Little Fawn, in ex-Olcan barrels. Olcan was our 6% Brett IPA, fermented in French oak barrels. Brettanomyces is a wild yeast that has an ability to survive and thrive, particularly in a barrel.
Expect lots of Olcan character to be imparted, resulting in a very drinkable fruity, funky, subtly spicy session IPA.

Refrigerate on delivery. Especially the hoppy ones.
