A bold series of barley wines aged in rich nutty sweet Oloroso Barrels for 2.5 years.

After the initial aging the beers were trasfered into carefully selected finishing barrels, developing top notes to bolster the beer's characteristics & flavour profile. 

Irish Single Malt Whiskey ex Madeira barrels bring out a brightness that highlights dark sweet hedgerow fruits and juicy berry aromas.
