When our local hop suppliers at Loughran reached out to us and asked if we would like to be one of the first breweries in Ireland to use Oregon based Crasby Hops' new CGX hop pellets we jumped at the chance. The result was this belting 8.0% DIPA brewed with Azacca®, Idaho 7® and Amarillo® CGX™. These hops have been cryogenically processed to amp up their flavours and aromas! "Expect notes of ripe peach, pineapples and passion fruit, layered by a fluffy pillowy malt base with heaps of wheat and oats.”
