A 5.2% oatmeal stout with added cocao. We set out to make a distinctly chocolate stout through a careful selection of the dark roasted malts. Then we layered on 100% cocoa on top of this. What you get is a stout with chocolate notes from the malt on initial tasting with the familiar cocoa finish. No lactose. No vanilla. No pastry.
Refrigerate on delivery. Especially the hoppy ones.
