We love sours! Sour Passion fruit is our first sour ale. We brewed it using the classic Kettle Souring method, in which lactobacilli are added to the beer in front of the boiling of wort. Microorganisms that occur naturally in fermented milk products. Lactobacilli will lower the pH of beer and increase acidity. Subsequently, a large amount of passion fruit puree is added to the beer, which added wonderfully fruity tones, both to the aroma and to the taste. Compared to classic beers of this style, we have put the plato a little higher so that you can enjoy the greater complexity of the body. Beer has higher acidity and unbelievable drinkability.
Refrigerate on delivery. Especially the hoppy ones.
