Gold is a medium strength Australian Wild Ale best enjoyed in good company. Delicately balanced, gold shows notes of pepper, fresh hops, lemon zest and stone fruits. The palate is effervescent and bone dry with a subtle spicy bitterness, pillowy body and developing acidity from the indigenous flora. This beer undergoes a warm primary fermentation in wide vats before being transferred into French oak barrels for maturation. Barrels are then selected and blended to meet our desired character before being packaged and naturally bottle conditioned for a minimum of 12 weeks for ideal carbonation. Only then do we release this unspiced wild ale to be enjoyed at table with your favourite foods and best of friends.

Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older. Where any of our drivers are in doubt as to the age of the person receiving the goods, they reserve the right to request proof of age and/or retain the goods until they can be received by a person of or above the legal age to purchase alcohol.
A delivery charge of €5 will be applied to all orders automatically.
We offer delivery across the island of Ireland, which covers both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We are proud to offer a shipping service that includes both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We are also delighted to be able to provide next-day delivery for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays).
Please note orders placed after 3pm on Thursday up until 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Deliveries will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been booked with our delivery partners. If you do not receive this email within 12 hours of your order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your spam folder and contact us if you haven’t received it at contact@craftcentral.ie. You will receive a message from our delivery partners the day of the delivery with a scheduled delivery slot (usually a 1 hour window). You can manage this with them directly if the allocated time does not suit you.
