IPA with Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe
Our favourite IPA rides again; a recipe that’s been with us since our days cuckoo brewing & one we love to return to every year.
All three of our selected YCH crops are on display in full regalia; the melon sweetness & earthy herbal nature of Simcoe, Mosaic's ripe passionfruit & pressed blueberry character, that pairs with the sharpening boysenberry, seville orange & pine present in this year's Citra crop.
Crisp, Hearty & Half a League Onwards!
