Can I order from Craft Central?

Absolutely! Bear in mind that you must be 18 years of age or older. If our drivers are in doubt, they reserve the right to request proof of age.

How much is the shipping?

It’s €6.50 per order anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland. International shipping rates depend on the final destination, and you can find more about it on our International shipping page.

Please note that the minimum order for deliveries is €35 - once your basket reaches this amount you will be able to proceed with your order. There is no minimum order for Click & Collect orders.

How long does it take you to get my beer box on the road?

We pride ourselves in a speedy turnaround and a great customer service at all times. We are delighted that we are able to provide next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays).

So let’s say – your beer fridge is very thirsty and the weekend is coming soon. Make sure to place your order before 2:30pm Thursday (at the very latest!) to receive your delivery on Friday. We do recommend planning and placing your orders early to avoid disappointment – we’ve all experienced some delays before and especially during busy times an occasional delays are more likely to occur.

How do I know if my box left your shop and is on the way to me?

We will send you an email notification when:

  • Your order rings in our system. This is the confirmation email that we received your order and will do our best to pack it and get it out to you as soon as possible.
  • The next step is tracking info. You will receive your tracking number linked to our delivery partner Dpd – you will be able to see all the movements of your box and estimated time of delivery on a delivery day.

If you haven’t received any of the above emails – please let us know. It can be a common typo in your email address, or just a glitch in the system – we will make sure to look into it and fix it for you in our usual speedy manner.

I made a mistake in my address – please help!

This can easily happen (let’s be honest, we’ve all been there when the auto-fill tries to make our lives more complicated!) – no need to panic. Make sure to get in touch ASAP – we can easily fix this before the box leaves our space.

What happens on a delivery day?

All the magic happens! You wake up in the morning knowing there is a big box of cans on the way to you today.

Our delivery partner will notify you about the estimated delivery time once the box is on the van with them. If you know that you won’t be at home at that time – there is an option to reschedule your delivery for another day that suits you better. It is very simple, easily done in a few clicks and problem is sorted. If you are unsure about anything at all – let us know. Our team will be happy to assist.

Simple as – you have your box, you can now get it nicely chilled and ready for tasting!
