If you wish to cancel your order, you can proceed with cancellation prior to dispatch. Please let us know as soon as possible by email contact@craftcentral.ie or phone (01 552 5183). Our team will be happy to assist.
In case of the box being dispatched with our delivery partner or delivered to the recipient already, you will be responsible to return the products in their original packaging and condition for us to proceed with the cancellation and refund.
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the product, you have right to proceed with cancellation within 14 days. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned to us in the same condition and in the original packaging. We will be happy to assist with the procedure, although please note that the return of the products and any cost incurred will be your responsibility.
We work hard to make sure that you always receive your products in the perfect condition. Unfortunately, sometimes an error can occur, and we take responsibility for it accordingly. Please let us know about any issue that occurs with your order as soon as possible (and no longer than 10 days from receiving the products) and we will arrange the options for reimbursement.
With the variety of seasonal sales and discounted products that we offer on certain occasions – and our all year round WHEELER DEALER section – we highly recommend checking the Best Before dates before your purchase. Some of the products may be time-sensitive and we do recommend purchasing the quantities you are comfortable with within the given Best Before time frame. This information is clearly displayed with majority of the products where applicable – simply click on the product with further information and check the Canned / Best Before date information. Please note that we won’t be able to offer a reimbursement if the product was purchased within the dates of recommended best before information. If you are unsure about the condition or dates of any of the products, please get in contact before your order and our team will be more than happy to assist.
