Red Wine Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

This version of Black Tuesday spent 14 months developing in Zinfandel barrels from Sonoma County. Drawing inspiration from our history of working with grapes, this barrel treatment is bursting with grape character, with hints of cherry and dark fruit on the nose. Pouring a very deep red color, the tannic, dry character is rounded out by a nearly vanilla finish from time in American oak.
