Berry Dust is a smooth & juicy sour beer packed with blackberry, raspberry red grape & elderberry. It’s brewed with Pilsner, Wheat & Oat malts to give it a soft, creamy body  & we added lactose & maltodextrin to boost the sweetness & mouthfeel. The mix of berries gives the beer a deep magenta colour & a bold, jammy flavour. After fermentation, we finish it with real vanilla to round everything off with a soft, dessert-like touch. It’s tart, fruity, & full-bodied. Think berry milkshake meets sour ale—sweet, tangy, & super drinkable
