Tomáš, a key pillar of our brewery whose attention to detail has long shaped our identity, was born on the symbolic date of 12/12. So when batch number 1212 came up, it was only fitting to hand him full control and let him brew a beer exactly to his vision. He chose his favourite style — a West Coast IPA — resulting in a lighter, highly drinkable take on the classic. Built around a generous dose of Simcoe, supported by a touch of Citra and a small addition of whole-cone American hops, the beer delivers a clean and focused hop character. Expect a dry, clear, pleasantly bitter IPA with the unmistakable, layered aroma of Simcoe — complex, expressive, and endlessly enjoyable.
