We've always been passionate about creating rich hop flavours and aromas, not only in strong IPAs, but also in lighter beers that are easy to drink and perfect for enjoying throughout the day and evening.
With Small Haze, this is achieved through a carefully considered grain composition: half pilsner malt for a clean base and half a blend of wheat malt and oatmeal for a velvety
smoothness. The hopping of American and Australian varieties Amarillo and Galaxy beautifully showcases this texture, combining a resinous character with a rich spectrum of
flavours, including citrus and tropical fruits, as well as a distinctive pine note reminiscent of classic American hops.
