A collaboration brew that honours the rich tradition of export stouts once shipped to the Caribbean. We've taken this beer a step further, collaborating with Two Shores Rum to age our stout in Irish Single malt finished rum. Expect the aromas of roasted coffee and dark chocolate, layered with smooth notes of dried fruit and vanilla. The finishing touch from the rum barrels adds subtle hints of caramel, nutmeg and oak, creating a complex satisfying brew.
