Yes, it is! Our delivery partner DPD is practicing a Contactless Delivery service as outlined below.
We provide next-day delivery for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays).
Please note orders placed after 3pm on Thursday up until 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Deliveries will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
The 'Predict One Hour Delivery Window' notification from DPD will be sent via SMS and/or email on the day of delivery
***Due to the Covid-19 crisis, a higher than usual numbr of delays are occurring. We appreciate your understanding when delays do occur.
Under these exceptional circumstances brought about by the Covid-19 crisis, delays are occurring at a higher than usual rate. We hugely appreciate your patience when delays do occur.
Follow these steps if you have tracked your order using one of the methods above and believe it to be delayed.
1. Find your local DPD Depot
The best way to find out the status of your delivery is by contacting your local DPD depot. You can find your local depot by going to the Depot Finder page here or by clicking on the map below.
2. Click on your COUNTY
On the Depot Finder page just click on your county on the map and you will find the phone number and email address of your depot.
3. Contact your depot
They will be able to provide you with the most up to date info on the status of your package, including it's location and estimated delivery time.

When placing an order there is a section on the cart page where you can enter "Special instructions for delivery driver or the Craft Central Team". You can put instructions here to assist the driver accessing your property.

If you’re not going to be in, there are plenty of options for you to choose from. If you’ve received a text or email from DPD, just click on the Manage Delivery link in your text or email to see what options are available. You can
• Change your delivery date
• Opt to collect at your local DPD Pickup Point and
• Your parcel can be delivered to a neighbour.
If you haven't received a text or email from DPD you can contact your local depot HERE and arrange the delivery
Don't worry, you can still receive your package. If you received a card like the one below, simply click HERE to manage your delivery.
You also should have received an email or text with the manage delivery link included. You can also click this to arrange a new delivery.
The driver will do everything he can to get your attention when you’re at home, but sometimes you’ll still miss each other. What can you do now?
1. Check with nearest neighbour. Sometimes the driver will deliver to your neighbour for safe keeping. In this event, you should have received a card as shown below.
2. Check around the side of the house. If the driver can't get an answer at your door, he may leave it in a safe place, such as the side of your property.
3. Contact your local DPD depot. If you still can't locate your delivery, find your local depot on the Depot Finder page and contact them via phone or email.
