Quantum Talon (IPA) is our collaboration with New Jersey’s Ghost Hawk Brewing. Built on a base of 2-row, assorted wheat and our our blended thiolized yeast, Quantum Talon cuts through space-time with precision using a mind-bending mix of Citra Incognito, Idaho 7, Citra, Krush, Motueka, and a touch of coriander. Big aromas of vibrant citrus lead to flavors of sweet lime, juicy mango, and orange creamsicle with touches of melon and stone fruit before a welcomed hoppy bitterness and bright #EQjuice finish.
