West Coast Pale Ale with Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo & Cascade
A grain bill made up of Ultra-pale Heidelberg & heritage Golden Promise for a radiant hue & a touch of honeyed sweetness. Hopped throughout the boil with whole cone Simcoe & backed up by two other classic US varieties there's layers of flavour to this crisp, clean pale ale. In the dry-hop Cascade brings an intense citrus character with a touch of signature pacific bitterness, while Centennial adds a floral punch.
Grapefruit, Orange juice & Pine.
