With Danish brewery Tiny Hill, known for their focus on modern meads, we explored a style you rarely see around here braggot, a hybrid between beer and mead. The result is a beer with lower alcohol content, but full flavour and a proper level of carbonation. The base is quality honey, bringing gentle sweetness, floral notes and a smooth, rounded body. Passion fruit adds juicy acidity, coconut brings soft tropical creaminess, and vanilla ties it all together into a dessert-like yet refreshing experience.
