A new hazy XMAS IPA from To Øl using a new yeast to explore new flavors in this style. Because of the holiday season, we've added a small amount of darker caramel malt to give some color and flavor, and because it's rye it will bring a hint of rye spice. With citra, strata, and zappa as the main hops, this will most of all be tropical and fruity.
Refrigerate on delivery. Especially the hoppy ones.
