Somewhere between German nunce and American excess Fantasm Planes is a beer we’re just defining by colour for the moment. We started making a Kolsch Style ale with all German malt, minimalist water and Kolsch Yeast and merged the Sauvignion Blanc character of Hallertau Blanc hops with US Citra and Amarillo. The result is an airy, ultra-modern ‘Extra Pale’ that bellows a nose of lychee, tangerines, citrus fruits and white wine
