High quality Pilsner malt, sugar, noble hops, aromatic sumac and a famous Belgian yeast strain lead to a pale beer that is complex & satisfying.

Aromas of pear, bubblegum, lemon zest and black pepper are followed by a light bodied, elegant liquid. Each sip is full of flavour before giving way to a dry finish with a tangy and lightly bitter finish.
