Bringing a TIPA through our barrel aging process for the first time, we’ve brought out the Brett again! Creating a funky, earthy and still slightly bitter flavour profile, the brett funk takes centre stage balanced by the citrus tropical hop character that dominates. The malt backbone and caramel sweetness are complimented by the wild and complex brett character.
