Brewed with Irish Pale Malt, Flaked Oats and Flaked Barley with a touch of Cara Pils malt, we have a beautiful creamy malt base to let the stunning Cryo Pop and Talus hops shine.

The innovation and technology that goes into creating Cryo Pop hops is mind boggling (for us anyway! ) but what you need to know is that the wizards Yakima Chief have perfected a cryogenic process to extract only the best flavour compounds from the best hops they harvest, and packing these into the super concentrated Cryo Pop, to create an intense citrus, and sweet tropical aromatic explosion.

We've paired the Cryo Pop with a wonderful, and sometimes overlooked hop - Talus, which adds layers of complexity, with grapefruit, woody notes, pine and hints of coconut. Talus is known for having almost equal parts alpha and beta acids, very unusual in modern hop varieties, which leads to a harmonious and balanced flavour profile.
