Once your order is ready to be shipped with our delivery partner Dpd, you should receive the email with your tracking information from us. Make sure to check your spam folder too, it can land there from time to time.
If you haven’t received any tracking email, please let us know and we will be happy to fix this.
You will be able to track the movement of your boxes, and on a delivery day you will receive a message from Dpd directly about the estimated time of delivery
If you know you won’t be able to receive the box, please make sure to reschedule the delivery day via the link in your text message or alternatively on the tracking page of Dpd
If you have any concerns about the box, please make sure to get in touch with us or your local depot as soon as possible. We will always do our best to look for the update and resolve any issue.
