We've been admiring the work of our Ontario friends Counterpart Brewing for a while now, so when they agreed to collaborate with us, we were very excited to welcome them to the brewery! The result of this day? An aromatic IPA as desired, hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Superdelic and Nectaron. On the nose, there are ripe tropical fruits, berries, a resinous scent as well as a citrus touch that will curl up your nostrils. In the mouth, the round mouthfeel combines with the sweet fruity notes to deliver a very smooth product, with very little bitterness but full of flavors.
