The underlying barley wine was fermented in freshly emptied rhum barrels for nearly two years. We added dried apricots during the aging process to release the delicious, fruity aromas inside, and then added walnuts and Ghanaian cocoa beans to our beer to achieve the expected flavor notes.
Refrigerate on delivery. Especially the hoppy ones.
