Boulevardier is a barrel aged Barleywine brewed with our good friends Browar Stu Mostów from Wrocław, Poland. In April 2018 we brewed a double mash Barleywine wort which was boiled for several hours, fermented long & cool before being aged in select Bourbon & Vermouth casks. From that original 2018 casking, we blended now 4 year old Barleywine from those vermouth & bourbon casks with a portion of young Barleywine for a fresh citrus hoppy kick. This harmonious 2022 blend evokes flavours of one of our favourite cocktails, the Boulevardier.
Refrigerate on delivery. Especially the hoppy ones.
