UGAR BREWERY = NOT JUST BEER!

The members of our Puszta Teatime thematic series were seasoned with high-quality teas in order to further increase the complexity of the beers. It can be eaten at five o'clock or a little earlier.

Gray Matter is a solid American IPA, with a lot of types and amounts of cold hops, thanks to which it has a decidedly citrusy and fruity character, which is not suppressed by the good amount of earl gray tea brewed in it, but rather highlights it nicely. Despite its massive character, it is very slippery, just like a nicely put together dry and refreshingly full-bodied white wine. It is also available in Michelin-starred restaurants, and it became the beer of the year in 2019 on the "Unfiltered beer blog".
