These days, more and more people seem to be gravitating towards simple, drinkable beers. We’ve brewed our share of hoppy beers of various shapes and sizes but always hesitated to get to the old-school American Pale Ale. A beer so simple that you just need to get it right. Aroma, drinkability, bitterness, everything just needs to be in its place. Liquid Luck is actually our first non-hazy APA and we did our darn best to make it a good one. This is not about the amount of hops, but about how they interact with each other and the base to achieve beauty in simplicity. We’ve thus combined several impactful varieties old and new with some of the finest local floor malts to create a beer that we hope to become a stable choice when it comes to a hoppy pint on draft.
