We wanted to create a quite sour brew reminiscent of Ice Tea Sour, which we’ve boosted with a good dose of mint and a touch of lemon balm.
The result is a very pleasant drink that, despite being sour like a lime lemonade, is incredibly drinkable.
Refrigerate on delivery. Especially the hoppy ones.
