For this year's Zichovec Scottish games, Skotskovec, we brewed a light dark dry-stout from ingredients typical of the larger of the British Isles. In addition to the traditionally coffee-burnt character, you can also look forward to the biscuity expression of Marris Otter malt and the earthy expression of East Kent Golding English hops.
