Dive into our Fruit & Flower sour, a passion fruit and hibiscus sour beer. Using a special yeast that produces lactic acid during fermentation, we got a tart kick, complemented by the tang of passion fruit and perfectly balanced with subtle hop bitterness. Steeped hibiscus adds a striking pink/red hue, a touch of sweetness, and notes of red berries.
Refrigerate on delivery. Especially the hoppy ones.
