Why the artwork? Why this name? Well it's quite simple. Maybe.. definitely!

Fredrik - one of the Brewski team members is a big fan of U2! So it was pretty simple to find some connection between Ireland and Brewski. We got inspired by the opening track from their album Joshua Tree - Where The Streets Have No Name. And then it was pretty simple to move on from there, and to connect the artwork, name and even the recipe to it!
Artwork is a simple Joshua Tree, which hints to the name of the album. Ourselves and Brewski team agreed that both of us love to put hop cones everywhere we can, so we put them on this tree as well, haha!
Picking this song has its own meaning in terms of the recipe and the hops we chose to go for. Instead of going with some safe and reliable options, we've decided to go down a bit more experimental route. And trust us! It was worth it! Showcasing hops that literally don't have their own names (just yet) - HBC 1019 (which dominates) and HBC 522. This pairing brings bursting aromas of citrus and sweet fruits. Oh yeah.. and to round it all up, we put a bit of Citra into equation as well. But shhh.. don't tell anyone! We might just go with HBC 394 on this one😉.
